About wages increase of workers of the budget sector

For the purpose of operational introduction of the new pay levels of work provided for 2006, the Government DECIDES:

1. Since December 1, 2005:

a) raise for 40% official pay rates according to categories of compensation for pedagogical workers, including leading employees (on educational, teaching and educational work), educational institutions of douniversitetsky education and to establish them in sizes according to the appendix N1;

b) raise and establish the new sizes of official pay rates:

for specialists, including on executive positions, and for library specialists and medical personnel of organizations of douniversitetsky education according to the appendix N2;

for medical personnel of healthcare institutions, specialists and leading employees of organizations of social security and services of social servicing at home according to the appendix N3;

for the faculty, including on executive positions of higher educational institutions, for the main personnel of cultural institutions, art and sport, the Public veterinary service, the Republican center of veterinary diagnostics, Special service on active impacts on hydrometeorological processes, the Public hydrometeorological service, Republican institute of judicial examination and criminology, centralized accounts departments and other budget units which are not carried to bodies of the public power, judicial authorities and prosecutor's office according to the appendix N4;

for leading employees of the end-to-end positions, specialists, employees and workers of protection specified in appendices N 1, 2 and 10 to the Order of the Government N286 of May 24, 1993. "About payment terms of work of employees of budgetary institutions on the basis of the Single scale of charges", for other workers of the end-to-end positions held in budgetary institutions irrespective of industry, according to the appendix N5;
