About approval of the Declaration on good intentions in the field of the international legal assistance on criminal cases

For the purpose of reduction of national practice of the international legal cooperation on criminal cases in compliance with provisions of the Joint act N98/427/JHA of the June 29, 1998 of good intentions in the field of the international legal assistance on criminal cases accepted by the Council of the European Union

The parliament accepts this resolution.

Art. 1. - Approve the Declaration on good intentions in the field of the international legal assistance on criminal cases it (is applied).

Art. 2. - To the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, criminal prosecution authorities and degrees of jurisdiction within the competence to take necessary measures for implementation of the declaration.

Art. 3. - To the Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry of Justice to check compliance to declaration provisions in each case of the direction of the orders on rendering the international legal assistance addressed or which arrived from bodies of member states of the European Union.

Art. 4. - According to Item 1 of article 1 of the Joint act N98/427/JHA of June 29, 1998 to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration to submit the declaration on behalf of the Republic of Moldova to the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union (responsible for distribution to its all member states of the European Union and provision of the European legal network) and to request the corresponding declarations of member states of the European Union for provision them in the order of national authorities.
