1. Approve:

paragraph two of Item 1 ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 30.08.2017 No. 692

the paragraph third Item 1 ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 30.08.2017 No. 692

the list of the organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Defence, according to appendix No. 3.

2. Establish the extreme number of central office of the Ministry of Defence in number of 99 units, including position of the minister and two positions of deputy ministers, with the annual salary fund according to provisions of the current legislation.

3. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 4.
