About agreements between executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation and business entities on decrease and maintenance of the prices of separate types of socially important food products of prime necessity

Determine that for decrease and maintenance of the prices of separate types of socially important food products of prime necessity executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation have the right to sign for certain term, but not later than for a period of up to April 30, 2008, the relevant agreements with business entities - the producers of food products and (or) the organizations performing trade in food products (further - agreements).

2. Agreements are signed in writing and provide the measures undertaken by the parties on decrease and (or) maintenance of the prices of separate types of socially important food products of prime necessity.

In agreements compulsory provisions for ensuring the competition are determined.

3. Federal Antimonopoly Service develop and send to executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation recommendations about essential conditions of agreements.

4. Executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation in 3-day time notify Federal Antimonopoly Service and Federal State Statistics Service on the conclusion of agreements.
