According to article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for transportation by patients who go en route through the territory of Ukraine, drugs and psychotropic substances which is applied.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs report to the governments of foreign states about approval of the Procedure noted in Item 1 of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2008.

This Procedure determines conditions of transportation by foreigners and stateless persons which go en route through the territory of Ukraine (further - patients), drugs and the psychotropic substances included in tables II and III of the list of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors (further drugs and psychotropic substances) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 6, 2000 N770 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, N 19, Art. 789; 2002, N 51, the Art. 2316), only for own treatment.
