About approval of standard rates of payment for use of natural resources for production of mineral underground waters

According to article 30 of the Code of Ukraine about subsoil the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve standard rates of payment for use of natural resources for production of mineral underground waters according to appendix 1 and the list of fields of mineral underground waters on categories according to appendix 2.

2. Ceased to be valid

3. In appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 12, 1997 N 1014, in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 19, 1998 N42 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, N 3, of the Art. 98), to exclude line item

"Mineralnye underground Vody of cubic meters 1,5".

4. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2000.

Appendix 1

to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 7, 2000 No. 456

For use of natural resources for production of mineral underground waters for industrial flood the standard rate of payment constitutes 12 hryvnias for 1 cubic meter of water.
