1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out monitoring of the cotton market.

2. To provide to department of agriculture and phytosanitary safety in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

Rules of carrying out monitoring of the cotton market

1. General provisions

1. These rules of carrying out monitoring of the cotton market (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 21, 2007 "About development of cotton industry" and determine procedure for carrying out monitoring of the cotton market.

2. In Rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) participants of the cotton market - the physical persons and legal entities participating in production, primary conversion of cotton raw in cotton-fiber and realization of cotton;
