1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for issue of the conclusion about conditions of conversion of goods on customs area and the conclusions about conditions of conversion of goods out of customs area.

2. Authorize on issue of the conclusions about conditions of conversion of goods on customs area and the conclusions about conditions of conversion of goods out of customs area:

2.1. the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix;

2.2. regional and Minsk city executive committees to legal entities (except the legal entities who are part of the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry) and to individual entrepreneurs if transactions of conversion of goods belong to any of productions of light industry;
