1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for entering of money into the republican budget, their offsetting and (or) return, provisions of the bank guarantee and obligation fulfillment according to it it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

2.1. the size of the money which is subject to entering into the republican budget when importing (export) by legal entities of the Republic of Belarus and the individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus on the territory of the Republic of Belarus from the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union and also movement on the territory of the Republic of Belarus:

alcoholic products (except for food spirit semifinished products with volume fraction of ethyl alcohol 7 and more percent) it is determined as the work of amount of alcoholic products in kind on fixed (specific) rate of excises on the alcoholic products operating for date of entering of money into the republican budget;

non-food ethyl alcohol it is determined as the work of amount of non-food ethyl alcohol in kind on fixed (specific) rate of excises on the ethyl alcohol rectified technical, acting for date of entering of money into the republican budget;
