About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan
In connection with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About standardization", "About metrology", "About certification of products and services" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. In partial change of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 2, 1992 N93 "About the Organization of Work on Standardization in the Republic of Uzbekistan" (JV UZSSR of 1992, No. 3, the Art. 4):
b) To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide annually at the expense of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Uzbek technical regulation agency to Ministry of Construction, the State committee on ecology and environmental protection and the Ministry of Health budgetary appropriations on financing of the works on standardization, metrology and certification which are subject to financing at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
To Uzgosstandart together with Ministry of Construction, Goskompriroda and the Ministry of Health to develop Regulations on collection of penalties for violation of the laws and the principles of their distribution between bodies of state supervision taking into account the spent means for the rendered services in a month.
