About approval of the list of socially important diseases and establishment of privileges to persons suffering from them

According to article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About protection of public health" the Cabinet of Ministers decides.

1. Approve:

the list of socially important diseases according to appendix No. 1;

privileges for the patients having socially important diseases according to appendix No. 2.

2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent, the ministries and departments, organizations and the organizations provision of all privileges provided for persons having socially important diseases.

3. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to determine amount and types of medical care for persons having socially important diseases in a month.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of social problems and culture of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

List of socially important diseases

1. Tuberculosis.

2. Oncological diseases, malignant new growths.

3. Diseases, sexually transmitted.

4. AIDS.

5. Leprosy.

6. Mental diseases.
