1) the order of the Minister of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 2, 2006 No. 45-p "About approval of Standard rules of conducting production monitoring", registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 4101, No. 76-77 published in "The legal newspaper" (1056-1057) of April 28, 2006;

2) the order of the Acting minister of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 3, 2006 No. 258-p "About approval of the Standard regulations on production environmental control", registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 4359, No. 215 published in "The legal newspaper" (1195) of December 13, 2006.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of their first official publication.
