1. Approve the enclosed Requirements to the reporting under results of production environmental control.
2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Minister of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this order.
3. To provide to committee of ecological regulation and control in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and subsequent its publication in official mass media.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
