1. These rules of determination of target indicators of quality of the environment (further - Rules) are developed according to the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 9, 2007 and determine procedure for establishment of target indicators of quality of the environment.
2. Target indicators of quality of the environment are established for the separate territories in cases when it is necessary to determine for these regions and the territories procedure for achievement of required quality of the environment throughout certain time.
3. The basis for development of target indicators of quality of the environment are:
1) the analysis of ecological situation in the region;
2) perspectives of essential change of productive forces;
