About measures for enhancement of management structure of gold mining of the republic
For the purpose of enhancement of management structure of gold mining, forming of the finished cycle on production, conversion and production of precious metals, creating favorable conditions for attraction of foreign investments in reconstruction and development of the companies of industry the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that founders of the Uzbek association of the companies for gold mining and processing of diamonds (Uzalmazzoloto) make the decision on its liquidation.
Agree with the proposal of founders of Uzalmazzoloto association on creation of liquidation commission in structure according to appendix No. 1.
2. Include in structure Navoiy MMC and JSC Almalyksky MMC in the form of structural divisions the state companies according to appendix No. 2, with their corresponding liquidation as independent legal entities.
3. Transfer to the jurisdiction by JSC Almalyksky MMC of Uzpromavtomatika LLC which was earlier part of Uzalmazzoloto association.
4. Liquidation commission to abolish the Uzalmazzoloto associations of the company and the organization which were earlier part according to appendix No. 3.
5. To the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure:
provide privatization of the Oltin of Emba boarding house located in the Tashkent region in 2002.
