In pursuance of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 21, 1994 "About aluminum sale streamlining" and of December 22, 1994 No. 93 "About measures to restore order in sales of products of the cotton-processing industry" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides No. 87:
1. Approve distribution of cotton fiber and aluminum to 1 quarter 1995, including export quotas, according to appendices No. 1 and No. 2. According to the above-named Decrees to the Ministry of Economics and external commercial relations of the Republic of Tajikistan to issue to Head department of the cotton-processing industry under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and to the Tajik aluminum plant the corresponding general licenses on quotas by the established Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. To head department of the cotton-processing industry under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan to carry out inventory count of remaining balance of cotton fiber as of January 1, 1995 on all cotton bases and hlopkozavoda.
To the state committee of the Republic of Tajikistan for the industry also to carry out inventory count of remaining balance of aluminum as of January 1, 1995 on the Tajik aluminum plant and in the structures formed in case of it.
To submit information on results of inventory count to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan within 10-day term.
