Regulations on the Uzbek research and production center of agricultural industry according to appendix No. 2;

To the ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-month time together with the interested ministries and departments to develop and submit for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers regulations on procedure for the conclusion and execution of contracts of producers of agricultural products with the servicing organizations.
3. Consider invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 16, 1995 No. 322 "About approval of the Regulations on the Main state inspectorate for procurements and product quality of the Ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1995, N 8, the Art. 28);
paragraph two of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 26, 1996 No. 419 "About questions of the organization of activities of the Ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1996, No. 11, the Art. 33);
