Rules of assignment of qualification degrees by the government employee in state bodies

1. These rules establish procedure for assignment, increase, preserving, registration of qualification degrees by the government employee in state bodies and the amounts of the allowances paid for qualification degrees.

2. Qualification degree is appropriated to the government employee according to these rules taking into account the conditions established by the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service" and other legal acts.

3. Qualification degree of the government employee shows the level of its qualification, grants to the government employee the right to receive allowances to official pay rate and to use social security, and also to hold managerial position in the cases provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service".
