About approval of Rules of determination of surcharges for long service the government employee in state bodies

For the purpose of ensuring execution of article 22.7 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service" I decide:

1. Approve "Rules of determination and payment of the amount of monthly surcharge to the civil servant in state bodies for years of service of public service" (are applied).

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Decree.

Rules of determination and payment of the amount of monthly surcharge to the civil servant in state bodies for years of service of public service

1. These rules are developed based on the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service" and determine issue conditions in state bodies of surcharges for long service by the government employee.

2. Since second year of service surcharge for long service is issued to the government employee.

3. Surcharge to the government employee is for long service established percentage of monthly official pay rate and issued monthly.

4. Surcharge is for long service issued to the government employee since second year of service depending on the term of length of service in the following procedure:
