statements for the conclusion of the agreement of obligatory civil liability insurance of interim (anti-recessionary) managers in proceeedings about economic insolvency (bankruptcy) according to appendix 1;
the insurance policy on obligatory civil liability insurance of interim (anti-recessionary) managers in proceeedings about economic insolvency (bankruptcy) according to appendix 2;
the act of insured event on obligatory civil liability insurance of interim (anti-recessionary) managers in proceeedings about economic insolvency (bankruptcy) according to appendix 3.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
