About approval of Rules of representation and form of the Declaration of safety of industrial facility

According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 1996 "About emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature" and for the purpose of the prevention and preparation for actions in emergency situations the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of submission of the Declaration of safety of industrial facility of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) form of the Declaration of safety of industrial facility of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Approve the enclosed main requirements to identification of the dangerous industrial facilities which are subject to inclusion in the list of the organizations which activities have the increased risk of emergence of emergency situations.

3. To emergency situations agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) till August 1, 2000 to submit the list of the organizations which activities have the increased risk of emergence of emergency situations for approval of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

To organize 2) in accordance with the established procedure conducting examination of the Declaration of safety of industrial facilities.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
