About approval of the Regulations on military accounting of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About general conscription and military service", enhancement of system of military accounting of citizens the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
1. Approve Regulations on military accounting of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. Determine that:
military accounting of persons liable for call-up and recruits is nation-wide system of accounting and the analysis of the draft resources which are available in the state and suitable for military service. It is conducted by state governing bodies on places, local authorities of military management, self-government institutions of citizens, heads of the companies, organizations and organizations, including educational, irrespective of their departmental accessory and patterns of ownership, at the place of residence, works and studies of persons liable for call-up and recruits;
the common directorship and control of condition of work on the organization and conducting military accounting of persons liable for call-up and recruits is performed by the Ministry of Defence.
3. The main objectives of military accounting to determine:
ensuring effective functioning of nation-wide system of accounting and the analysis of the draft resources which are available in the state and suitable for military service;
determination of quantitative and high-quality list of the available persons liable for call-up and recruits, ensuring their effective, rational planning and use for needs of Armed Forces and war-time economy;
development and implementation of actions for preparation and accumulating in inventory of necessary military specialists from among persons liable for call-up of reserve for ensuring mobilization expansion of Armed Forces and subsequent their completing by staff in the conditions of wartime.
