About creation of National committee of radiation protection

In pursuance of the Laws of the Republic of Moldova N271-XIII of November 9, 1994 "About civil protection", N1515-XII of June 16, 1993 "About environmental protection", N1513-XII of June 16, 1993. "About sanitary and epidemiologic providing the population" and for the methodical solution of questions of radiation protection in the republic the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Form National committee of radiation protection in structure according to the appendix N1.

1/1. Determine that in case of release from post of members of the committee of their function as a part of Committee will be carried out by persons who are again appointed to the corresponding positions without edition of the new order of the Government.

2. Approve Regulations on National committee of radiation protection according to the appendix N2.

3. To national committee of radiation protection annually in the first quarter to submit to the Government of the Republic of Moldova the status report of radiation protection in the republic.
