About the approbation and use of means of phytosanitary appointment and means increasing fertility of soils in agricultural industry
For the purpose of forming of range of new effective remedies of protection of the plants less dangerous to the environment, providing the state control system behind purchases on import, testing and use of chemical and biological means of pest control, diseases and weeds, and also regulators of growth of plants the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:
1. Form Republican interdepartmental council on approbation of means of phytosanitary appointment and the means increasing fertility of the soil.
The staff of Council affirms the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry in coordination with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs and Academy of Sciences of Moldova.
2. Form under the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry the State center for certification and approbation of means of phytosanitary appointment and the means increasing fertility of the soil in number of 7 people.
3. Approve Regulations on Republican interdepartmental council on approbation of means of phytosanitary appointment and about the State center for certification and approbation of means of phytosanitary appointment and the means increasing fertility of the soil according to appendix.
4. To the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry in coordination with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy and Trade to make offers on the sizes of rates and use of the money arriving from testing of means of phytosanitary appointment in a month, meaning also content of the State center for certification and approbation of means of phytosanitary appointment and the means increasing fertility of the soil at the expense of the specified means.
