About remedial action in ensuring fire safety in case of operation of reservoir parks of oil and oil products

For the purpose of the prevention of emergence of emergencies and creation of the conditions ensuring fire safety in technological reservoir parks of system of the Uzbekneftegaz company, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Create commission of experts and the working groups on studying of condition of operation and fire safety of technological reservoir parks in structure according to the appendix N1.

2. To the working groups of commission of experts on each reservoir park to make inspection of all technological and fire-proof systems in terms according to the appendix N2 and to draw up statements of inspection of objects.

To reflect in acts of inspection:

- technical condition of reservoirs and observance of service regulations and fire safety;

- security with systems and fire extinguishing means, their sufficiency and working capacity;

- completeness of operational personnel and divisions of fire protection on places;

- condition of ensuring the militarized protection of objects;

- accomplishment of earlier issued instructions of bodies of fire protection;

- conclusions and recommendations of the commission guaranteeing exception of possibility of emergency situations in technological reservoir parks of oil and gas industry.

3. Commission of experts in a month:

- generalize materials of inspection of reservoir parks;

- develop actions for liquidation of the shortcomings revealed in the organization of operation and ensuring fire safety;
