1. Approve Regulations on control of observance of engineering procedures when conducting explorative, drilling operations on oil and gas, to testing of wells, their preparation for operation according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the deputy director general of the Sanoatkontekhnazorat Agency F.Tashmukhamedov, the deputy chief of Uzgosneftegazinspektion B. Aripov and the vice-chairman Goskomgeologiya I. Gorlov.
