Some safety issues of work at the coal-mining companies
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Transfer to the State committee on questions of industrial safety, labor protection and mountain supervision from the Ministry of the coal industry of function of increase in level of labor safety at the coal-mining companies regarding creation of the unified telecommunication system of dispatching control and automated management of mining machines and technological complexes at the coal-mining companies for increase in safe engineering.
2. Approve the Procedure for use in 2007 for the means provided in the government budget for creation of the unified telecommunication system of dispatching control and automated management of mining machines and technological complexes at the coal-mining companies for increase in safe engineering which is applied.
3. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
