1. Approve the enclosed Rules about provision of information for maintaining the State register of taxpayers and the taxation objects of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules).

2. To the ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to determine responsible persons for forming and transfer of the relevant information to 10-day term from the date of signing of this order;

To inform 2) on changes in the list of responsible persons no later than 3 days from the date of modification.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aytekenov K. M. and Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rakhmetov N. K.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
