About rates for services of mail service and transfer of telegrams

Due to increase in prices for energy carriers, on transfer of telegrams and lease of cable communication channels in settlement with administrations of the CIS countries, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides the equipment, materials, component parts and spare parts, and also rise in price of cost of services in transportation and processing of mailings:

1. Establish since limiting May 1, 1996 rates for services of mail service to the population on exchange of mailings and limiting rate for the population for transfer of telegrams in sizes according to appendix.

2. Declare invalid Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 25, 1995 No. 369.
