About establishment of categories and tariff coefficients on compensation to employees of state bodies, bodies of prosecutor's office and notary offices on the basis of single scale of charges

"Due to the approval of the Single scale of charges on compensation in the republic the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve work payment terms, categories and tariff coefficients on compensation of employees of state bodies, bodies of prosecutor's office, notary offices according to appendices No. 1-17 and to enact them since April 1, 1994.

Length-of-service allowances and class ranks for prosecution agencies workers and notary offices are paid in limits according to appendices No. 18-19.

Employees of other ministries and departments of the republic of length-of-service allowance receive in the sizes established by the corresponding orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Grant the right to heads of state bodies, bodies of prosecutor's office, notary offices within the established salary fund:

increase or reduce tariff coefficient of the worker within one size depending on its qualification and education;

make the changes caused by need of use of new, progressive forms of modern technology and technology of management to the approved structures of management personnel;

establish to workers of the allowance for accomplishment of especially important work at the rate to 50 percent of official pay rate (except the workers receiving surcharges for qualification classes and class ranks). These allowances are cancelled or decrease in case of untimely task performance, work quality degradation, and also in case of violation of labor discipline. With respect thereto to cancel everything the types of allowances and surcharges applied earlier;

make awarding of workers, allocating for these purposes of funds in the amount of the three-months salary fund. Determine that specific bonus levels to specialists and employees are determined according to their personal deposit in general results of work and are not limited to the maximum sizes;
