About procedure for examination of the signed contracts, agreements, agreements and other legal documents infringing on economic interests of the Republic of Tajikistan, their registration, accounting and control of their execution
In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About foreign economic activity of the Republic of Tajikistan" and for the purpose of protection of economic interests of the republic in the conditions of input of national currency the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Assign to the Ministry of Economics and external commercial relations of the Republic of Tajikistan examination, accounting and control of execution of contracts, agreements, agreements and other legal documents for export of raw materials, products and goods according to appendix No. 1.
2. Approve procedure for examination, accounting and control of execution of contracts, contracts and agreements for import and export of raw materials, products, goods (except products of personal subsidiary farms) by all subjects of foreign economic relations irrespective of patterns of ownership regarding their cost efficiency according to appendix No. 2.
3. To customs committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to make the customs clearance of export-import transactions only the passed examination of the Ministry of Economics and the external commercial ties of the Republic of Tajikistan and received the positive decision.
4. To the Ministry of Economics and external commercial relations of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop and approve procedure for collection of payment for conducting examination of contracts, contracts and agreements.
