1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Agriculture and land reform of the Republic of Tajikistan, Madad concern and the Industry ministry of the Republic of Tajikistan on the organization on industrial enterprises of the republic of production of means of small-scale mechanization for use of live draft force and release of spare parts to autotractor and agricultural machinery in amounts according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Agriculture and land reform of the Republic of Tajikistan, to the Industry ministry of the Republic of Tajikistan and Madad concern to develop the comprehensive program on development of production of means of small-scale mechanization for the village and spare parts for agricultural machinery in a month.
3. To the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tajikistan annually, according to the request of Madad concern to establish to the Industry ministry of the Republic of Tajikistan and Waved Sanoati concern the state order on production of means of small-scale mechanization and spare parts.
4. To Madad concern provide centralized purchase of finished goods at manufacturing plants of the Industry ministry of the Republic of Tajikistan and realization to her consumers.
5. To the Ministry of Trade and material resources of the Republic of Tajikistan and to Madad concern to take measures for ensuring requirements of industrial enterprises for raw materials and materials for production of means of small-scale mechanization and spare parts according to the established order.
