1. General provisions

1.1. This Instruction is developed according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About National Archive Fund", and also the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 6, 2000 No. 32 and the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic.

1.2.
