For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About National Archive Fund" of July 27, 1999 the No. 168 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on Rules of completing, storage and use of National Archive Fund;
Procedure for inclusion of archives, archive funds and documentary collections in structure of National Archive Fund, their exception of this structure or destruction;
Storage precautions of the state archive funds;
Procedure for awarding of the persons who found or found the found or found archive documents;
Instructions for use documents of the State archive fund;
The procedure for temporary export of documents and collections abroad for the purpose of international cooperation (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
