1. Approve Industrial safety rules for workers of cotton production (further - Rules) (are applied).

2. Enact the order from 01.08.2007.

3. With entry into force of the order to consider HAOT 1.7.10-2.07-85 which is not applied in the territory of Ukraine "OST 17-347-85. Production processes of the companies of the cotton industry. Safety requirements", the USSR approved by the Light Industry Ministry.

4. In five-day time to provide to the head of department of the organization of the state supervision in agro-industrial complex and the welfare sphere Tkachyov V. S. submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. To the head of department of normative and legal and legal providing Prokhorov V. V. to enter Rules in the State register of regulatory legal acts on labor protection and to place them on the web page of Gosgorpromnadzor.

Industrial safety rules for workers of cotton production

1. General provisions

1.1. These Rules extend to the companies, organizations, the organizations (further - the companies) irrespective of their subordination and patterns of ownership which are engaged in cotton production.

Rules regulate requirements to safe performance of works in engineering procedures of cotton production.

1.2. At each company instructions for labor protection shall be developed.

1.3. Training and examination concerning labor protection of workers of cotton production shall is carried out according to requirements of the Standard regulations on procedure for carrying out the training and examination concerning labor protection approved by Gosnadzorokhrantrud's order of Ukraine of 26.01.2005 of N 15, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.02.2005 for N231/10511 (NPAOP 0.00-4.12-05).

1.4. The employer taking into account specifics of production, requirements of the Standard regulations on security service of the work approved by Gosnadzorokhrantrud's order of Ukraine of 15.11.2004 of N 255, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.12.2004 for N1526/10125 (NPAOP 0.00-4.21-04), for the organization of accomplishment of the legal, organizational and technical, social and economic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions directed to accident prevention, occupational diseases, accidents in the course of work develops and approves Regulations on security service of work at the company.

2. General production requirements for labor protection

2.1. Requirements to the territory of the company, factory buildings and rooms

2.1.1.
