I order:

1. Approve:

1.1. Nomenclature of pharmaceutical institutions and types of pharmaceutical activities (appendix No. 1);

1.2. The main requirements to:

1.2.1. to drugstore (appendix No. 2),

1.2.2. to pharmaceutical Item (appendix No. 3),

1.2.3. to pharmaceutical booth (appendix No. 4),

1.2.4. to pharmaceutical warehouse (appendix No. 5),

1.2.5. to drugstore of the treatment-and-prophylactic organization (appendix No. 6),

1.2.6. to warehouse of products of medical appointment (appendix No. 7),

1.2.7. to shop of optics (appendix No. 8),

1.2.8. to shop of products of medical appointment (appendix 9),

1.3. Form of the protocol of accreditation of objects for implementation of pharmaceutical activities and sales activity of products of medical appointment (appendix No. 10);

1.4. Form of the form of the certification certificate (appendix No. 11);

1.5. Standard rates of placement of pharmaceutical institutions:

- the city treatment-and-prophylactic organizations located in the building - no more than 2 pharmaceutical institutions;

- the rural treatment-and-prophylactic organizations located in the building - no more than 1 pharmaceutical institutions.

2. To the CEO of Department of provision of medicines and medical equipment under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (Kurmanov R. A) to provide:

2.1. strict observance of the main requirements approved by this order when carrying out licensing of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs on the occupation right pharmaceutical activities and accreditations of the objects intended for production and realization (wholesale and retail) medicines, products of medical appointment;

2.2. the direction of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2.3. publication of this order in mass media;

2.4. notification of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on source of official publication of this order.

3. This order becomes effective after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and not earlier than fifteen days from the moment of publication.

4. To the CEO of Department of the State sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (Isakov T. B.) provide control over the implementation of health regulations and hygienic standard rates in case of issue of the sanitary and epidemiologic conclusion about commissioning of the constructed and reconstructed objects and compliance of the operating objects enabling production and the realization of medicines, products of medical appointment.

5. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic of 06.07.2007 No. 364 "About approval of specific requirements to pharmaceutical institutions for implementation of pharmaceutical activities and sales activity of medical equipment in the Kyrgyz Republic".

6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Karatayev M. M.

1. Drugstore - retail sale of lekarstvennyy means.

Main requirements to drugstore

1. General provisions

1.1. The drugstore - the organization of health care, will be organized by legal entities on whose staff specialists with the higher pharmaceutical education, and also the physical persons having the higher pharmaceutical education are.

Pharmaceutical activities of drugstore are performed according to the Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensing", "About medicines", orders of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, Department of provision of medicines and medical equipment under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - DLO and MT), these requirements.

1.5. Exercises control of pharmaceutical activities of drugstore DLO and MT.

1.6. Liquidation of drugstore is made according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Tasks

2.1. The main objective of drugstore is realization to the population and the treatment-and-prophylactic organizations made and finished pharmaceutical products and products of medical appointment.

3. Functions
