1. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out certification and advanced training of employees of legal services according to appendix and to enact it since January 1, 2008.
2. To provide to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan proper accounting and systematization of information on legal services of bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on places, the state companies, organizations and the organizations by forming and maintaining in centralized procedure for the database of legal services including the information about their personnel structure, passing by employees of these services of certification and advanced training.
3. To provide to the ministries, the state committees, departments, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent, the state companies, organizations and the organizations strict observance of the terms established by this resolution and procedure for carrying out certification and advanced training of employees of legal services.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
