1. Make since January 1, 2008 payment of allowances for pedagogical length of service to workers of education system of the republic.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic of 17.08.2011 No. 199
3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:
- prepare and introduce the relevant bills following from this Decree in Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.
4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the acting as the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
