1. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- establish since January 1, 2008 the extent of the guaranteed minimum level of consumption (GMLC) in the amount of 200 som;

- establish since January 1, 2008 cash regulations of food for persons living:

in children's psychoneurological houses nursing homes of the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also for pupils of orphanages, boarding schools for orphan children and children without parental support, at boarding schools for the children and teenagers having shortcomings of physical or intellectual development, the Ministries of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic - 65 som a day;

in houses nursing homes for aged and disabled people and in psychoneurological houses nursing homes for adults of the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic - 55 som a day;

in hospital of the Center of medico-social examination and rehabilitation of disabled people of the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic - 45 som a day;

- provide in the budget for 2008 purpose of funds for acquisition of textbooks for blind and visually impaired children on Braille's system, the special and medical equipment for orphanages and boarding schools for the children and teenagers having shortcomings of physical and intellectual development, the Ministries of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic;
