About approval of the List of radio-electronic means and radiating devices for which operation permissions to operate are not necessary

According to article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine", the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine SOLVED:

1. Approve the List of radio-electronic means and radiating devices for which operation permissions to operate are not necessary (further - the List) which is applied.

2. To the Ukrainian state center of radio frequencies to be guided by the List during implementation of technical expertize of requisitioning instruments concerning determination of possibility of application and entering into the Register of specific types of radio-electronic means and radiating devices.

3. The state inspection of communication to be guided by the List during implementation of the state supervision of conditions of application of radio-electronic means and radiating devices.

4. (Sarapulova S. V.) to submit to management of radio frequencies this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. I reserve control over the implementation of this decision.

The list of radio-electronic means and radiating devices for which operation permissions to operate are not necessary

I. General provisions

1.1. Types of radio-electronic means (further - RES) and radiating devices (further - IU), their main technical characteristics and features of application in Ukraine on condition of which accomplishment use of these RES and IU is performed without receipt of permissions to operate which are issued by the State company "Ukrainian State Center of Radio Frequencies" (further - UGTsR) are brought in this List.

1.2. RES and IU which are applied on bezrazreshitelny basis shall answer the conditions of their application in the territory of Ukraine determined by part one of article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine".

This List extends to operation in the territory of Ukraine only those RES and IU, the radio-electronic means and the radiating devices entered in the Register which can be applied in the territory of Ukraine in strips of radio frequencies public which is conducted by the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine according to Regulations on procedure and form of maintaining the register of radio-electronic means and the radiating devices which can be used in the territory of Ukraine in strips of radio frequencies public, the approved solution of NKRS of 03.11.2005 of N 117, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 28.12.2005 for N 1574/11854.

1.3. In this List the stated below terms are used in such value:

The subscriber equipment of system of cellular radio communication - the final equipment of system of cellular radio communication which provides the consumer of telecommunication services with use of certain radio technologies of cellular communication. Radio telephones (subscriber devices with electro-acoustic converters) and radio terminals belong to the subscriber equipment of system of cellular radio communication (subscriber devices without electro-acoustic converter). The radio access equipment can be part of the subscriber equipment of system of cellular radio communication.

The subscriber station of radio access - the final equipment of network of wireless access providing the consumer of telecommunication services with use of radio technology of broadband (multiservice) radio access;

The adapter - the additional device to personal computers, computer aids, electrotechnical, household and other similar products with the RES function.

The integrated antenna - the antenna which is built in to the subscriber station (terminal) of wireless access (radio access), the radio module, the adapter or point of wireless access on condition of constructive exception of possibility of its replacement or connection of the outside antenna.

Equipment of radio access of the IEEE 802.11n standard - RES providing the maximum technical speed of data exchange with other equipment of radio access under the protocol of the IEEE 802.11n standard is at least 100 Mbps.
