Introduction
This document establishes the purposes, tasks, the principles, participants and procedure for work according to possibility of use of the software which are automating banking technologies and functionally interacting with software and hardware complexes of the Central bank, and their registration in the list of software of bank system of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This document is developed according to the laws:
- "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Articles 50, 51, 58);
- "About banks and banking activity";
- "About informatization" and other regulating documents on banking activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
1.1. The Software (S) - the object consisting of programs, procedures, rules, and also if it is provided, accompanying them documentation and data relating to functioning of system of information processing.
1.2. The List of Software (LS) is the information base containing up-to-date data on the software permitted to use in banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
