1. Approve and enact since July 1, 1999 the minimum sizes of award for public performance of literary works and art according to appendix No. 1;

the minimum sizes of award for reproduction of works in sound (mechanical) record and distribution of copies of sound recordings and audiovisual works according to appendix No. 2;

the minimum sizes of award for reproduction of works of the fine arts and replication in the industry of works of arts and crafts according to appendix No. 3.

2. Specific amount of remuneration, procedure and terms of its payment are established by concerned parties in case of the conclusion of the agreement.
