1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on hunting and hunting economy in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Resolve Forestry and landscape production association of the Republic of Tajikistan acquisition of hunting weapon, ammunition and hunting equipment for the state forest protection, employees of hunting farms, reserves, customers, societies of hunters and fishers according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to grant to Forestry and landscape production association of the Republic of Tajikistan the corresponding license for acquisition of hunting weapon according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About weapon".
4. Recognize invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Tajik SSR of December 31, 1975 as No. 360 "About streamlining of hunting and hunting economy in the Tajik SSR" and the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 14, 1994 No. 340 "About responsibility for causing damage illegal getting of objects of fauna".
5. To the ministry of conservation of the Republic of Tajikistan together with Forestry and landscape production association of the Republic of Tajikistan to bring "Regulations on hunting and hunting economy in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan" to data of the interested ministries, departments, the organizations, the companies, hukumat of areas, the cities and areas.
