The agency of civil aviation under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan - state regulation of activities for use of that part of airspace which is in accordance with the established procedure determined for airways (internal and international), local air-lines, areas of aviation works, civil airfields and the airports.
2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Single system of air traffic management of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on use of airspace of the Republic of Tajikistan and its structure.
4. To state bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
5. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 3, 2000 No. 31 "Regulations on the Single system of air traffic control and the centers of the Single system of air traffic control of the Republic of Tajikistan".
