About approval of the Regulations on sale of objects of construction in progress and Regulations on the Commission on questions of construction in progress

For the purpose of continuation of economic transformations of the Republic of Tajikistan, acceleration of process of privatization of objects of construction in progress and commissioning of fixed assets, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on sale of objects of construction in progress and on the Commission on questions of construction in progress.

2. Form the Commission on questions of construction in progress according to appendix.

3. To the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- declare sale of objects of construction in progress according to the enclosed list No. 1.

4. To the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Agency according to the statistics in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and to the relevant Majlises of People's Deputies:

- create in a month lists of objects of construction in progress across the Republic of Tajikistan, privatizeable and submit the Commissions on questions of construction in progress for consideration.

5. To provide to local executive bodies of the government, the ministries and departments transfer to the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan of the design estimates on objects of construction in progress.
