About procedure for mailing of control and obligatory copies of periodicals and printed materials in the relevant state bodies and the organizations

According to article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About seal and other mass media" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve:

Rules of mailing of complimentary control and obligatory copies of periodicals in the relevant state bodies and the organizations (appendix 1);

The list of the relevant state bodies, organizations and organizations to which complimentary control and obligatory copies of periodicals (appendix 2) are dispatched.

2. To the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan to exercise constant control behind mailing of complimentary control and obligatory copies of periodicals by all printing companies.

3. Recognize invalid:

- the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 12, 1992 No. 321 "About further enhancement of procedure for mailing of control and obligatory copies of works of seal";

- the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of September 17, 1993 No. 479 "About entering of amendments into the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 12, 1992 No. 321".
