Procedure for determination of rates of royalty in case of the conclusion of development contracts of minerals

I. General provisions

1. This procedure is developed according to the Tax code of the Republic of Tajikistan (the Section XI "Taxes on subsoil users") and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About subsoil".

2. This procedure regulates questions of determination of rates of royalty (payment for right to use by minerals in the course of mining and conversion of technogenic educations) in case of the conclusion of contracts for subsurface use (further - the contract).
