About approval of the Regulations on currency exchange control
Having considered the Regulations on currency exchange control developed by departments of currency exchange control and licensing and legal, the Board DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on currency exchange control it (is applied).
2. Transfer to legal department Regulations on currency exchange control to registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. The regulations on currency exchange control become effective in ten days after its registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. Regulations on procedure for application of Art. 16 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.02.93 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 04.07.97 No. 212 (in edition of the resolution of Board of 20.07.98 No. 280, with the changes made by the resolution of Board of 30.07.99 No. 387, to consider invalid.
5. Control of execution of this resolution is imposed on Department of currency exchange control and licensing (S. O. Bragin) and territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine.
