According to the subitem 4 of item 4 of the Regulations on Head department of public service of Ukraine approved by the resolution the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 26.09.2007 of N 1180, for the purpose of proper application of the legislation concerning procedure for calculation of years of service of public service of former employees and faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies which are in public service, we ORDER:
1. Approve the Technique concerning transfer (inclusion) in years of service of public service of the periods of work (service) of former employees and faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies which is applied.
2. Of Ukraine to provide to Glavgossluzhbe explanations concerning transfer (inclusion) in years of service of public service of the periods of work (service) of former employees and faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies.
3. To submit to legal management of Glavgossluzhby of Ukraine this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
