1. Declare invalid the order of Head department of public service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of October 12, 2007 No. 270/551 "About approval of the Method of transfer (inclusion) in years of service of public service of the periods of work (service) of former employees and faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 5, 2007 for No. 1243/14510 (with changes).

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of normative and legal work and legal providing the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
